This module enables participants, through theoretical and practical training, to use basic personal protective equipment, work safety at height and perform comprehensive basic rescue from height in a remote wind turbine environment.

After successfully completing this BST Working at Heights Module, participants will understand the hazards associated with working at height in a wind turbine and will be able to safely use basic personal protective equipment. Training includes simulated evacuations from a nacelle using industry standard rescue equipment.
