What You'll Do:

• Develop and deliver captivating training programs on various aspects of height safety and rope access techniques.
• Ensure trainees grasp essential safety principles and practical skills through interactive instruction and demonstrations.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate trainee competency and adherence to safety regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and equipment advancements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine training content for maximum effectiveness.
• Foster a positive learning environment that motivates and inspires trainees.
